Home and Condo Inspections

It is always important to have the home you are purchasing inspected because while you are busy looking at many homes and excited about the purchase you are about to make you may overlook issues in the property. You may not look deep enough into areas of the home while just walking through the home.

Most people do not have a background in all aspects of the construction of a home. We have been involved in the construction industry for the last 30 years and will be looking at your house with a fresh set of eyes, searching for anything that could cause you problems now or down the road. We will also give you suggestions about things you can do to help you in the future. We will inspect every aspect of the home top to bottom and inside and out from on the roof to under the house including all appliances.

Rapid Reports

• Reports are emailed to the customer by Noon the day following the inspection.

Four Point Inspections

When homes get older Insurance companies will require a 4-point inspection to check the Four (4) main components of the home, which are the Roof, Electric, Plumbing and Heating/Air-conditioning.

We will inspect all four components of the home and provide a written report stating the Age, Condition and the Life expectancy of each component to satisfy your insurance provider. We now add pictures to four point inspections!

Pre-Sale Inspections

In this tough market when you are ready to sell your home you need your property to “POP” so it will stand out in comparison to other property’s in the same price range.

We will perform a thorough inspection of your home and provide you with information about any repair or replacements needed so that your home will be ready for a quick sale. This can eliminate any issues another inspector might find during the buyer’s inspection process of your home leading to a quick sale.

Commercial Building Inspections

In addition to inspection residential properties, Orion Home Inspections will inspect your commercial building prior to your purchase (or rental.) As in residential inspections, we will inspect the structure on the building, the roof, electrical system, plumbing, HVAC systems and kitchen areas to assist in the smooth purchase (or rental) transaction when planning for your business location.

Wind Mitigation Inspections
